Life Kindness Signature Programme
A five-session programme aimed at designing a new "you"!
We begin with a questionnaire - finding out a bit about your self. Who are you? What's going on? What do you dream about? What's getting in the way?
Session one: Here we start to build a richer picture of the present you. Getting real and honest about where you are right now - using the yoga technique of "mind on your shoulder".
Sessions two and three: We start to move on to the fun stuff. Working with you to imagine what you want your life to be. How you want to feel - be talked about - what you really want to to be doing. What does the new you look like?
Sessions four and five: Moving from design to action. Woking out the priorities - and where to start - and how to start. Working with you to develop a thoughtful and inspiring plan to move from thinking and designing to acting and doing. From dreaming to living the life you want to lead.
This programme can be spread over 5 or 10 weeks and includes:
- A complimentary pre-programme 15 minute exploratory chat
- Initial questionnaire - completed by you, reviewed by me
- Five 50-minute one-on-one sessions
- Exercises - to be completed by you in between each session
- Post programme report - summarising your journey - prepared and provided by me
